New students: No need to pre register. Just show up 10 minutes prior to class to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Failure to arrive 10 minutes prior to class may result in missing out on attending the class. Late admittance into class is subject to the teacher's discretion. You must provide a valid driver's license or state I.D. in order to attend your first class!
Remove shoes before entering the yoga room.
Keep valuables in your car or you may take your keys and wallet (not purses) into the yoga. All other belongings should be stored in the dressing room only.
Room is heated for some classes.
Please dress appropriately and be prepared to sweat!
Please refrain from talking to friends/neighbors in class.
Feel free to ask questions or notify the instructor immediately if you are feeling discomfort so that we may better assist you with a modification or a completely different posture to do.
Turn cell phones and pagers OFF.
Yoga mat and towel are required and are available for rent.
Drink plenty of water & eating is not recommended 2-3 hrs before class. It is recommended to drink (1-2 liters 1 1/2 hours prior to class) and bring a bottle of water to class. Always check with you're your doctor on what is best for you.Water is available for purchase at the studio.
Remember:
Always notify your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or concerns prior to taking every class. Instructors can see over 40 bodies a day. Even if they have had you as a student before, it is your responsibility to remind them of any injuries/medical conditions/concerns you may have.
All levels including beginners are welcome!
