S1:Traditional Hot Yoga Series executed in a non traditional format.  Expect to Sweat  and detoxify.

S2: A combination of the classical yoga postures in a flowing format geared towards shoulders and upper body strengthening.  

Core: Mat pilates and yoga combined to target the core strength.  Expect a challenge.

Yin: Postures held for longer periods of time geared towards stretching connective tissue and promoting relaxation using props: bolsters, straps, chairs, blocks and sand bags. Ideal for all body types and all levels including pregnant students, the inflexible and elderly.

** THESE CLASSES ARE 60 MINUTES.  All other classes are 90 minutes
