S2: A combination of the classical yoga postures in a flowing format geared towards shoulders and upper body strengthening.
| Core: Mat pilates and yoga combined to target the core strength. Expect a challenge. |

| Yin: Postures held for longer periods of time geared towards stretching connective tissue and promoting relaxation using props: bolsters, straps, chairs, blocks and sand bags. Ideal for all body types and all levels including pregnant students, the inflexible and elderly. |
