Yoga For Athletes with Harvey
Geared towards the athlete or one who would like to take on athletic endeavors. Designed for the athlete that would like to cross-train and improve performance, this program will strengthen, increase flexibility and improve mental focus. Improvements in quickness, hand-eye-coordination,
and overall athletic ability will be noticed. A challenging class that will also touch upon nutrition for improved performance.

YOGA BOOT CAMP!
Harvey Sentel will get you into shape! We will combine backgrounds in CrossFit training, military training and Power Yoga & Pilates and nutrition to create a challenging workout for you.

Harvey Sentel is a Certified CrossFit Trainer and has been a Navy Military Fitness Leader and Nutritionist for 7 years. He has been training Athletes for over 10 years. Harvey is a certified martial arts instructor in Wing Chun Kung Fu, Jujitsu, and Hung Gar Kung Fu for over 13 years and is a certified Vinyasa Flow Yoga instructor.

What is included in the Yoga Boot Camp training:
a. 2 boot camp classes per week for 9 weeks.
b. Initial consultation including measurements of weight, size, and body fat.
c. 2 additional yoga classes of your choice each week (Yoga Sol members will have their monthly fees deducted from the boot camp rate)

Days/Times of Boot Camp:
Monday & Thursday nights at 8:30 pm (1 hour):
March: 1, 4, 8, 11, 15, 18, 22, 25, 29
April: 1, 5, 8, 12, 15, 19, 22, 26, 29

Prices: 18 Classes - Monday & Thursday night Boot Camp classes & 18 additional yoga classes (2 per week)
1st time boot camper: $200 (if a current member - $130)
Returning boot camper: $170 (if a current member -$100)

INVERSION WORKSHOP: Taught by Laura Mullin.
Tired of being scared to be upside down? Always wanted to be able to do the inversions in class with the other students? Now is your chance! Learn how to break those fears and how to do shoulder stands, hand stands, headstands and much more.

POSTURE CLINIC:
Taught by Tara Clay.
Get questions answered and personal help with postures you may be having difficulty with. Learn what to do to keep your body safe and what we mean when we say phrases like "lock you knee!" "Unclench your Butt" & "Gaze is on the 3rd eye." Learn benefits from the postures and why we do them.

MEDITATION & BREATH WORKSHOP

Always wondered what meditation is about? Why is breath so important? How do I do it correctly and what are the benefits? Now is your chance to uncover the mystery to it all.
