We offer:

-group classes:

               Concord Sunday 10am-11am

               El Cerrito Monday 7:30pm-8:30pm

-private classes at your home or either at the group classes locations or at a park (weather permitting)

We also offer an annual Mexico yoga retreat.

24 Hour advance Registration is required before attending class.

(Although we try to accommodate all requests,

last minute requests to register are not guaranteed.)
