Classes:

All classes are beginner friendly unless specified as an Advanced Level class.

Hot Express/Hot Yoga:

Beginner Friendly! Hot Yoga sequence executed in a non-traditional format.  Room is a min. of 100 degrees.  Prepare to sweat. Large towel required. Hot Yoga private session is suggested

Vinyasa Flow:

A combination of classical yoga postures in a flowing format.  Geared towards shoulders, core and upper body strengthening set to invigorating music. Vinyasa private session is suggested unless described as beginner friendly.

 

 

Yin & Release work:

Beginner Friendly! A slow paced class geared towards stretching connective tissue and promoting relaxation using props and soothing music. Ideal for Beginners, seniors, injured students & prenatal students. 

 

Power:

6 months Vinyasa Flow experience is a REQUIRED pre-requisite. 

Vinyasa format with a high emphasis on core strengthening.  Incorporates weights. High energy music to keep you motivated through the challenge!

Yoga TRiX:

6 months power yoga & Vinyasa Flow experience is a REQUIRED pre-requisite. A combination of classical yoga postures combined with weights and the TRX apparatus. High energy music to keep you motivated through the challenge! 

 

Advanced Classes:

Students must have at least 6 months of a consistent yoga practice in related format before attending an advanced class.  Instructor approval may be required in order to attend.

Specialty classes:

Yoga Basics Private session

 

 

 

in Vinyasa or  Hot yoga:

 

In this private class, we will build the fundamentals of the practice in

a step by step manner so you feel comfortable attending the regular group Vinyasa and/or Hot Yoga sessions.  Each focus will cover different information.

This is the arena to ask many questions and get modifications for postures as needed specific to you. Great for all levels!  

Pre- registration 48 hours in advance is required. No drop ins allowed.

This is a supplemental class to aid you in the general classes.  

If 2 people attend the same session, it is $85 for each person  

Sign up for either: 

class time will be determined by the instructor and student individually

Sign up for both private sessions and receive $10 off the total balance.
