Yoga Sol, first opened in 2004 as a Bikram studio. Due to the Pandemic, we have now evolved into solely offering online virtual classes including Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power, Yin (Restorative), Release work, Teacher certifications, and more.


When allowed to safely travel and mingle again, we will be hosting our relaxing yoga retreats all over the world. Mexico, Greece, Italy, and many more locations!


Yoga Sol has extremely experienced instructors, who are knowledgeable about injuries and pregnancy and a friendly family oriented atmosphere. From beginner classes to challenging advanced classes to hard cardio workouts to relaxed restorative classes, you can expect a lot of care, knowledge and fun. Come Zoom with us.

Tara began practicing yoga in 2002 and has owned Yoga Sol since 2004. After receiving a Masters in Clinical Psychology and working as a therapist for 5 years, she left corporate America to follow her passion in yoga. Her first certification in 2003 was in Bikram yoga and she has continued to train in more modalities including Vinyasa, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, Kundalini , Restorative and Pilate's. She enjoys helping people and has extensive experience working with Athletes and  injured students.



As a professional dancer in the entertainment industry for 20 years, Renay  was drawn to yoga as a healing tool to gain strength and mobility. While performing on a cruise ship in Florida, Renay obtained her 200hr yoga teacher training in Hot Power Vinyasa at The Yoga Society in Palm Beach.  She taught weekly classes on the cruise ship and gained experience working with all levels. When she moved to Cape May, NJ,  her calming attitude and professional approach lead her to quickly become a sought after teacher in the yoga scene.  Grateful to now be a Bay Area Instructor,  Renay is comfortable and experienced teaching Vinyasa, Hot Power, Yoga TRX, Yin, Gentle, and Restorative.  She teaches with an open heart and attention to alignment.  In her classes you will benefit from hands on adjustments and reminders of linking breathe with movement for an overall well rounded practice.


In 2010, Cyndi was coaxed into her first yoga class. She had hit a place in her life that felt “just too overwhelming”. The class challenged her physically and woke her up emotionally.  She then began to further her education by completing a 500 hour  Yoga Teacher certification through Yoga Works. She was hooked and in 2017 began teaching locally.  "I believe that our yoga practice is a mirror to our everyday lives and can help us change our perspective if we learn to surrender and trust the process. In my classes I emphasize the importance of self-awareness, alignment, and personal growth. I have always maintained an active lifestyle whether it be bootcamps, Zumba, cardio kickboxing, or simply jogging. I stumbled upon yoga by chance several years ago and instantly fell in love with the feeling yoga left me with. Looking to enhance my personal practice I began taking classes with Yoga Sol. Not only did my personal practice improve, but my understanding of what yoga is began to compound until I realized I might want to be a teacher.
I Began my Teacher training with Yoga Sol in May of 2019. Having a full time job in the dental field, I appreciated the program allowing me time to finish at my own pace.
I have been certified and teaching classes for over a year. It has enriched my own practice as well has made my thirst for yoga knowledge even deeper.
I continue to strive to be the best teacher and practitioner I can be.
Finding a home in the yoga community has enriched my life so much and I want to bring that same joy into my classes.
Yoga for me, will be life long. I envision many more classes, trainings, retreats, and most importantly, building relationships with people who have found the same joy in yoga as I have.
