Join Tara for a fun filled workout

designed to help strengthen your core, lose weight and challenge your endurance! We will run yoga drills, use weights and the YogaTRiX system. We will also teach fundamentals to help build your practice.

All levels welcome.


Receive 3 boot camp classes per week plus access to the regular class schedule during January.

Choose the group that works best for you:

Group A)

    Mon, Wed & Saturdays 7am-8:30am


Group B)

      Monday & Wednesday 4pm-5:30pm

      & Saturdays 12pm-1:30pm
