Join Marlena for a fun filled workout
designed to help strengthen your core, lose weight and challenge your endurance! We will run yoga drills, use weights and the YogaTRiX system. We will also teach fundamentals to build your practice.
All levels welcome.
Receive one boot camp class per week
Wednesdays at 7:15pm – 8:30pm
and also have access to unlimited classes on the schedule during your 2 month program.
