-
PARKING is located in the parking structures on Concord Ave. near Skippolinis or on Salvio Street near the Brenden Movie Theater. Some Street parking is available, but be sure there are no signs stating it is private parking. You will get towed. Parking spots behind Yoga Sol labeled YOGA SOL STAFF PARKING are for employees only. You may get towed if you park there.
-
Please arrive 15 minutes early. It is at the staffs discretion to allow late students into class.
-
You must present a valid Drivers license/I.D. before attending your first class. We recommend bringing enough money to cover any rental fees (Mat/towel/lock.)
-
A $2 key fob is required for all students. This allows us to check you in quickly and track your classes accordingly.

Etiquette:
-
Please store cell phones, shoes and bags in the lockers before entering the yoga room.
-
It's recommended that New students should set up their mat in the back row so they have bodies in front of them to reference.
-
Keep valuables and belongings in a locked locker. We provide locks for a $1 rental fee or you can bring your own lock in order to lock your items. A mat, towel, water and your positive mindset should be the only items entering the yoga room.
-
A yoga mat is required for all classes and are available for rent for $2. (a large towel is also required with all rental mats for hygiene purposes which can also be rented for $2).
-
Please avoid wearing perfumes or scented lotions. These perfumes become heightened when perspiring and can create a reaction to those who are sensitive to perfumes.
-
Please be prepared to sweat! Try squatting and then bending over in the outfit you want to wear to class. If you don't feel constricted in the hips and nothing is revealed when bending over - it's probably a safe choice.
-
Feel free to ask questions or notify the instructor immediately if you are feeling discomfort so that we may better assist you with a modification. Conversations with friends should be left for outside the yoga room.
-
Drink plenty of water before classes. It is recommended to drink 1-2 liters 1 1/2 hours prior to class and bring a bottle of water to class. Water is available for purchase at the studio if you forget.
-
Eating is not recommended 2-3 hrs before class (consult your doctor on what is best for you.)
-
Please do not leave class before it is over unless you have gotten pre-approval from the instructor. Leaving class before the scheduled time is a disruption to the class and not safe if you have not cooled down properly. Yoga is a discipline and a committed practice. When you walk into the room, you are committing to the process.
Always check with a doctor before beginning a new fitness regimen. Please notify your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions prior to taking every class. It is at the discretion of the instructor to allow you to attend class dependent upon your medical condition. You may be required to provide a doctor's note approving you to attend yoga classes. Your safety is our primary focus.
